FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE PRACTITIONER
Dr. Samantha Boldt D.C.
Dr. Samantha Boldt grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and attended undergrad at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. She then moved down to Marietta, Georgia and received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University. Afterwards, she took additional training to become certified with both Functional Medicine University, and the Institute of Functional Medicine.
Dr. Sam's interests and passions lie in the total wellness of the human body. Her other passions luckily coincide very well with the Colorado lifestyle. On weekends, you can almost always find her skiing if there is snow. Otherwise, hiking with her cat, rafting, and biking are all activities she can enjoy in warmer weather!
Dr. Samantha Boldt has completed over 1,000 post-graduate hours in the study of functional medicine, nutrition, and lab analysis. Her passion for functional medicine began about 17 years ago after her own struggle with Lyme disease. Over the course of three years, she developed severe symptoms and visited more than 20 specialists, none of whom could diagnose the underlying cause. Frustrated and feeling hopeless, she eventually sought out a functional medicine practitioner, who correctly diagnosed her with Lyme disease. Within a month of starting treatment, she began to see improvements. Although it was a long road to recovery, the hope was there. Now, her mission is to help patients before they are passed from doctor to doctor without answers. If she had seen a functional medicine practitioner at the onset of her symptoms, her recovery might have taken months rather than years.
Through her studies, Dr. Sam discovered her true passion lies in the balance of hormones and the digestive system. These two systems are so interconnected that healing and restoring balance within them can often lead to the remission of a wide range of symptoms. When patients think about hormones, they often focus on the thyroid and sex hormones, which are critical, but many other hormones play vital roles as well. Hormones influence everything from brain signals and digestive function to cardiovascular regulation and immune system responses. Dr. Sam frequently uses the DUTCH test to gain a detailed insight into her patients' hormone profiles.
In functional medicine, the digestive tract is paramount. Many symptoms, from hormone imbalances and autoimmune issues to skin conditions and beyond, originate in the gut. Functional medicine cannot be practiced without addressing the digestive system in its entirety, from the mouth to the colon and everything in between. Dr. Sam works diligently to ensure her patients understand the importance of what they put in and on their bodies. She provides guidance on high-quality nutrition, balances the microbiome, improves stomach acid levels, heals the intestinal lining, and more. Even when a patient doesn't report digestive issues, but presents with a host of other symptoms, gut health is always addressed.
Fortunately, with the growing awareness of functional medicine, many patients don't have to reach the level of health deterioration that Dr. Sam experienced before they start making changes. Preventative care is the best medicine. Dr. Sam is passionate about working with prevention-focused patients-those who may have minor symptoms and want to optimize their health before more significant issues arise-as well as children. We offer free 15-minute consultations with Dr. Sam to determine if functional medicine is the right fit for you. Please call or email us if you'd like to set up an appointment or have any questions!

Chiropractor
Dr. Ben DiNobile D.C.
My name is Ben DiNobile. I am a licensed chiropractor in the state of Colorado with additional credentials, including a master's degree in applied clinical nutrition, and certifications in sports injury management, as well as concussion protocol. I grew up in the small state of Rhode Island, developing a passion for health, exercise, nutrition, sports, and fitness at a very young age.
All things natural seemed to help me drastically with my ADHD as a young child, as compared to more standardized medical approaches.
For this reason, I always sought out to learn as much about the human body, mind, and soul in its most natural and organic form. This started by pursuing an exercise science degree from the University of Rhode Island, with a focus on human physiology and biomechanics. From there, I pursued my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Northeast College of Health Sciences, in Seneca Falls, NY, previously New York Chiropractic College.
As mentioned, I obtained my degree in nutrition online during this time, while also taking course electives, leaving me with a more specific skill set in deep tissue pain relief, as well as sports injury management. Some of my favorite hobbies that I partake, in the great state of Colorado include snowboarding, lifting weights, meditation, cooking, fly fishing, mountaineering, and riding motorcycles.
At Live Your Life Integrated Health and Chiropractic - Erie, I strive to listen to your individual story of what made you seek out chiropractic care to the best of my ability. I will then work with you to come up with a comprehensive treatment plan, helping you live the healthiest and happiest life possible. Whether your goal is to get out of pain, maintain a healthy lifestyle, or even increase your performance in a specific athletic discipline, I assure you I will formulate a product of exceptional quality for you.
